When the parties require a change in their custody rights then they need to go to the family court to implement this. If there is any change of circumstance then one party can take the other to the family court to change the custody rights.
In the case of the father wanting custody rights to his child when not being married to the child's mother, he has to go to the family court to legitimate the child, after which he can register the family court paper at the amphur.
