We provide a certified translation service. We can also arrange to have your documents translated and legalised at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok and posted back to your address by EMS.

We are available to act as interpreter, Thai / English, for court cases, social worker interviews, police station interviews or any other interpreting requirements.

When buying or selling property or land we can provide contracts, check land titles etc. and accompany you to the land office to ensure a smooth transfer for you.

We can assist with all documentation required for getting married in Thailand and also accompany you to the Amphur to assist as interpreter and witness. We also draw up prenup agreements as required in order to protect your assets in case of divorce.

When both parties are in agreement to divorce, then they can divorce at the amphur. We can provide the service for negotiating between the parties and drawing up divorce agreements as required, to include the division of assets, custody and child support, for presenting to the amphur at the time of the divorce. We can also accompany the client when attending the amphur to act as interpreter and to ensure a smooth conclusion to the divorce.

However when the parties are not in agreement to divorce or when they are not in agreement over child custody or the division of common property, then one of the parties can sue the other for divorce at the family court. Please get in touch for further details of divorces in family courts.     

When the parties require a change in their custody rights then they need to go to the family court to implement this. If there is any change of circumstance then one party can take the other to the family court to change the custody rights.

In the case of the father wanting custody rights to his child when not being married to the child's mother, he has to go to the family court to legitimate the child, after which he can register the family court paper at the amphur.
