Lily is not like any lawyer you will meet. She is kind, caring, honest, reliable, patient and compassionate and has become one of the people who I trust most in my life. It puts the welfare of the children first, not the mother. Lily taught me how to achieve the results I wanted by focusing on giving the best life to my children, instead of trying to hurt their Mom. If you are going through a divorce and are looking to cause as much pain and damage to your ex then Lily is probably not the right lawyer for you, however if you want to prove to the courts that you can give your children the best life and stop your ex from stealing your assets there is nobody I would recommend more. Lily is extremely competent, smart, knowledgeable and experienced. You should call her, listen to her and do what she says.

I hired Lily (Napaporn Tozer) in May of 2019 to help me navigate the Thai court system with regards as to custody of my daughter, who was 8 years old at the time and also already a dual US Citizen by birth, after inquiring to several Thai Law firms with details of my case. Lily impressed me right from the start as she seemed very compassionate and clearly indicated an interest in what was best for my daughter, while still expressing a need to handle my ex-wife in a manner to save face and ensure the best outcome. While I was prepared for a lengthy and expensive court case, Lily was able to negotiate a very quick settlement without the need for a long court battle. After the details were worked out, we traveled to Chang Mai in June 2019, where Lily met me, my daughter and her mother. She accompanied us to the local district office where we all signed the documents that Lily had prepared and translated in advance. We were all out of the district office  in about 2 hrs and I had the divorce and all the documents granting me full custody of my daughter. We also applied for my daughter’s Thai Passport. The following morning we flew into Bangkok where Lily once again met us  at Chang Wattana and ensured the Thai passport for my daughter was ready and available for pickup. I had prepared for a 10 day stay in Thailand but Lily had everything so well prepared, was well versed and knew everywhere we had to go and  we literally got everything done in 2 days. I then spent a very happy 8 day holiday with my daughter visiting around the Bangkok area. We then headed off to the airport where I had no problems with immigration either, I simply showed the documents that Lily had prepared and filed with the Thai district office. The lady at immigration simply stated “Kop Kun Ka”, congratulated my daughter and wished her luck in America. Lily has become a true friend and we frequently exchange pictures and stories of how well Krystina is doing in America. Once the global pandemic is behind us we all plan to visit my daughter’s Thai family, as I want her to understand and cherish that part of her heritage. Lily will certainly be included in our visit. It goes without stating and we have true love and appreciation for the profound impact on Krystina’s life, for the better, that Lily’s help provided.
